Visvim’s Almighty Field Jacket
36.2048° N, 138.2529° E"This might be the only Army Jacket You'll ever need to own"
It has been a strong eighteen years since Hiroki Nakamura founded visvim. At its core, the Japanese label is inspired directly by classic Americana and Native American style. Because the materials are carefully sourced, each piece is constructed to last a lifetime.
Such a piece is this field jacket, which, if you had to own an army-esque piece, would be the one you’d ever need. In our humble opinion. It’s made in Japan from a breathable cotton that is blended with sturdy nylon for longevity. The interior has been lined and lightly padded to help with insulation. The jacket is not without practical components, such a hidden drawstring hood, large front pockets, and button fastenings.
You are sure to get a lot of wear out of this piece.
Layer a comfortable mock-neck sweater for those colder spring days or a striped long sleeve t-shirt for warmer moments.
