The Project show in Las Vegas was full of great brands & products and I am excited to shed light on 1 brand in particular. One of my all time favorite brands had an amazing booth, which I will refer to as the PRPS Goods & Co brand experience. The experience seemed to be influenced by heritage, military and the outdoors.
They paid attention to every detail when putting together this brand experience, everything from the layout, the reading materials, the windows, the merchandising and the mannequins. You can really tell when passion and product meet, it just enhances the brand experience.
I first started wearing Prps denim about 5-6 years ago and I became an instant fan, the product was always amazing but a bit too expensive for my yearly consumption. Did you know that they were the first American brand to bring in Japanese denim under an American label?
Prps has always maintained a tight channel of distribution and the product has always been limited, they wanted to change that up a bit by introducing this new line called PRPS Goods & co. The collection will be more accessible and a bit more affordable in price without sacrificing its original DNA & aesthetics. They will continue to offer PRPS Japan for the retailers and consumers who demand that product.
I had an opportunity to talk with the inspiring Donwan Harrell, owner and founder of the brand. Look out for the full interview on the Project Show website in the next couple of weeks.
Thanks to PRPS goods & Co for the great experience.
