The Project Show Las Vegas invited me down as a guest of the show and to partake in a few conferences and tweet-ups (more about that later) This morning we had a 7:00 am call time for a Breakfast Series with some of the world best retailers.
I had the opportunity to sit with the new president of the Project Trade Show, Andrew Pollard, The Global Vice President of Levis XX (double x) Maurizio Donadi and Sam the founder of Project and owner of Atrium in New York city.
Maurizio was an invited guest and spoke about Levi’s and the future of the company. We shared some thoughts and ideas at the table and I think he found some of my commentary useful. (inside joke) His speech was amazing and insightful! The goal of Levi’s XX (double x) is not to be obsessed with growth, rather create products that consumers will want to keep and wear forever. I really agreed with his philosophy!

I was most intrigue and fascinated with my conversation with the new President of The Project show, Andrew Pollard, who shares similar thoughts on brand experience and retail. He is definitely a cultural agitator and a cultural participant. it is always amazing to meet like minded people in great positions of power.
Our friends from Highsnobiety and Selectism were also in attendance, they were sitting with Michael Williams from A Continuous Lean, who will be tomorrows guest speaker at the breakfast series.
After my power breakfast with the TITANS of Fashion I went to get my media badge and then the day started….
