I went for a quiet brunch at Orange in Chicago and of course I had the eggs Benedict. These mash potatoes were incredible. The sauce was also pretty good and tasty. I want to try Eggs Benny in every country and city in the world. This mission began a few years ago and I think I am no where near started. ha!
