I spent some time with Bombay Sapphire Mixologist RAJ who showed me how to make some cocktails for the summer. It was a real cool experience and it made me want to become a mixologist for the summer… I guess I will just host some friends at my place for now. The drinks were awesome and all customized for me. Citrus Martini
1 Orange peel
1 Grapefruit peel
1 Lemon peel
2 part Martini Bianco
2 parts Bombay Sapphire
Method: Swirl peels together to rub around glass. Add Bombay Sapphire and Martini Bianco. Stir with ice. Pour over ice.
Ice: Chunk
Glass: Old Fashioned
Garnish: Orange peel
Silver
Clover Club
2 parts (60 mL) Bombay Sapphire
1 part (30 mL) Raspberry Simple syrup
1 part (30 mL) Lemon juice
6 Raspberries
1 Egg white
Method: Shake all ingredients and fine strain into glass
Glass: Chilled cocktail glass or coupe
Citrus Punch
1 part Spiced simple syrup
Juice of a ¼ grapefruit
Juice from one lemon
2 parts Bombay Sapphire
Dash of Bitters
Method: Muddle simple syrup, grapefruit. Add lemon juice and bitters. Shake with ice. Strain over ice
Glass: Old fashioned
Ice: Chunk
Garnish: Orange peel and bitters
