We headed out to the converse pre-party and event which was very dope! We got a chance to see some amazing product from the Fall 2010 lineup (Larry Johnson’s = wow) and eat free food and drinks! This whole venue was an interactive media station, you could listen to music inspired by the Converse Band of Ballers program, watch videos of the local heroes and pretty much read up on all the Converse initiatives. What Converse is set out to do in Atlanta and some other great cities in North America is pretty impressive. They are really giving back to the community and supporting the local basketball scene.
We had to break out to attend the Sneaker Friends New Era hat release party… more updates on that coming soon.
