  • My Life: A Day At Venice Beach

    venice beach by marcus troy

I visited Venice beach while I was out in California and I have to say it is such a breath of fresh air, calming and serene. Venice is also home to a very famous/infamous skate park that is visited by hundreds daily, on a lucky day you can see some of your favorite pro’s skating the bowl. I was really impressed by the amount of youngsters and girls killing it at the park.

*Venice is a district in western Los Angeles, California, United States. It is known for its canals, beaches and circus-like Ocean Front Walk, which features performers, fortune-tellers and vendors.[1] Throughout the summer months, the boardwalk is actively entertaining, and this tradition continues on weekends in the winter.[2] It is an important tourist attraction in Southern California,[3] and has retained its popularity in part because it is an attractive location for walking and bicycling.[2] It was home to early Beat poets and artists in Los Angeles. via
