This year Concepts will be celebrating their 20th anniversary and they have worked with Nike to create a truly unique Free Trainer 1.0. The inspiration was drawn from the heat-map that is taken from thermal imaging devices and it’s seen all throughout the Dynamic Flywire upper. In terms of fit, the Trainer is designed to loosen and tighten to your foot in response to your motion, all the while provide a barefoot-like ride. An interesting detail is that the tongue features a reactive material that glows match the thermal upper in the presence of heat.
