Wings + Horns “Polar Night” 2014 Collection @wingsandhorns
For the coming Fall/Winter 2014 season, Vancouver based clothiers Wings + Horns, celebrates 10 years of success with their “Polar Night” collection.
Throughout the brand’s 10 years, their utilitarian mentality has never wavered and they continue to create collections that focus on durability and simplicity.
Each piece evokes Wings + Horns Northern sensibilities, such as warm and weather-ready fabrics.
This season, Japanese fabrics, such as Cabin Fleece and Dusk Stripe terry take centre stage. The Cabin Fleece series includes a hoodie, crewneck and sweatpants, while Dusk Stripe terry appears in a blazer, shirt jacket and the lining of a suede bomber with wool rib.
A colour palette inspired by long winter nights includes Evergreen, Charcoal and Petroleum Blue, and is highlighted by cotton cashmere basics, overdyed flannel shirts and a combat quilted Primaloft vest and jacket.
