    A new shop pop up in Montreal last week and I had a chance to visit it today and it is pretty dope! Le Magasin General is french for General Store and carries some of your favorite brands. The shop is owned and operated by twin Duo Oli & Mer of Bruxe Design, the shop serves as their showroom, workshop and office.

    They’ve reused and all the original elements of the existing space and decorated the space with 100 year old wood and materials from a barn. The store has been restored to the original walls and floor.

    Very exciting to have another fresh shop in Montreal.

     

    When we launched Bruxe Design 4 years ago we started to discuss the idea of opening a general store to house our brand. Not your typical general store, but one which focuses on design and fashion with a curated mix of clothing, fashion accessories, jewelry, books and design objects for home, office and travel. We’re happy to announce that we have finally opened the doors to our new store. Situated in the heart of the NDG neighborhood of Montreal in a classic heritage building, our new store will showcase all Bruxe products as well as Betina Lou, Naked and Famous, Levis, Clae, Comune, Lifetime, Furni Creations, Neuvo Watches, Harvey McLeod jewelry, Vans OTW, as well as many independent designers.
