At this year’s ComplexCon, Pharrell Williams and N.E.R.D unexpectedly revealed their new album entitled “no_one_ever_really_dies.” At the same time, Pharrell continued to expand upon his relationship with Adidas by announcing a collection that is directly inspired by L.A’s hiking culture. One of the many standout pieces include, a a re-construction of the Hu NMD_TR sneaker.
The new collection also features apparel, which ranges from packable jackets, tees, tanks, and gilets. The vibrant colour schemes are very reminiscent of the late ‘80s and early ‘90s outerwear. All the apparel pieces are rounded off with embroidered scout-style badges. When taking a look at the HU NMD_TR sneaker, it’s put together with primeknit upper, boost midsole, and a new sawtooth sole that provides extra grip for those who are the adventurous type.
The collection is set to drop on November 11th, you can still grab pieces from the collection here
A second drop featuring a camouflage patterned collection is also set to drop on November 15th.
