Patagonia Reclaimed Down Scarf @patagonia
This Reclaimed Down Scarf is one of the seven pieces from Patagonia‘s “Truth to Material” collection. It is a collection that utilizes reclaimed or reworked fabrics to create new pieces.
The scarves are hand sewn by Alabama Chanin – a small, family-owned company working with artisans in rural Alabama to produce handcrafted garments. The quilters deconstructed returned Patagonia down garments, then restitched the materials into the scarf you see above.
The piece is insulated with goose down and we particularly appreciate the comfortable organic cotton jersey-knit binding. This is a great accessory for both men and women!
