Another great post. I’m trying to look through the list again to pick out my favs, but I can’t do it, they are all so good. However, I like seeing something like #9 on this list, it’s usually left out of these types of things, but so very important.
I agree with number 3 wholeheartedly.

The cheerfully part is important. You can do something begrudgingly and in the future people will avoid coming to you for that. But doing it cheerfully speaks volumes about you.
