    Everyday we should be learning something new. We should be learning about ourselves, learning about others or learning about things.

    Today I came to the understanding that being on the same playing field as others is not enough. Being in the same league as someone else is not enough. If you want to be successful you have to be exceptional on that field. Take Kanye West for an example…he got signed to the Roc after Beanie, Bleek, Freeway and all those other guys and look at him today…he is just as big as Jay-Z. So knowing Jay-Z and being on his label is not enough to make you successful…you have to continue to make power moves on your own and control your own destiny. Some people feel because they are on a winning team, they have nothing else to do. Getting to the NBA is hard enough, but just being on a team does not guarantee you success. You have to work your ass off if you want to really stand out from your peers and become successful. As a rapper, blogger, actor, salesman, lawyer, clerk or dish washer what separates you from all the other players on your playing field? What do you have to do to get to the next level of success?
