    UK Funky is a subgenre of electronic music that over the last couple of years has emerged out of London’s industrial underground into the international dance community along with distant relatives Grime and Garage. Champion is one of the genre’s pioneers as a DJ as well as producer and his “Lighter VIP” is a pulsating, ominous anthem that belongs on any playlist you’d want to turn up a notch.
