Montreal Has A New Mac & Cheese Focused Restaurant @MacbarMtl

Macaroni and Cheese has always been considered a side dish but a new restaurant in Montreal is looking to change that. The eatery is aptly named Macbar et Fromage and it puts the hearty dish at the forefront. You can choose from eleven different kinds, which range from the classic to more experimental dishes like a Big Mac inspired Mac & Cheese. They also offer a variety of appetizers, sandwiches, and pastas, if you’re looking for other options. The overall atmosphere is laid back and they also offer up a delectable cocktail menu!

Open 7 days a week, for lunch and dinner, Macbar et Fromage focuses on offering only the freshest of ingredients and cheeses for each dish. Each gourmet mac and cheese dish is cooked with a variety of fresh cheeses, accompanied with a choice of salad or fries.
