    Rick Owens for adidas 2014 Fall:Winter Tech Runner

    The acclaimed avant-garde designer Rick Owens and Adidas combine forces again to create the Tech Runner.  The inspiration is said to come from the stealth bomber aircraft because of its angular sole and super clean upper.

    Owens, who joined Adidas last year to create new, innovative footwear for the Spring/Summer 2014 season, continues his minimalist aesthetic by presenting the collection in focused materials and colourway.

    High-quality leather and suede are combined to create a neoprene-like fit, a EVA midsole which features Owen’s saw tooth bottom, and rubber makes up the outsole. Rick Owens is seen on the Tech Runner as the silhouette features Adidas’ signature three perforated stripes.
