Footwear: Red Wing Heritage 9870 Klondike Boot @RedWingHeritage

These 9870 Klondike Boots from Red Wing Heritage was previously only available in Asia, until now. They will be exclusively available at Minneapolis-based retailer, MartinPatrick3.

The 9870’s leather is created at Red Wing‘s own tannery in Red Wing, Minnesota, and is a fully finished smooth-grain leather. The brown base shows through with wear and tear, while the treated leather keeps the boot water, stain, and perspiration resistant. Continually,  the combination of two traditional styles, round toe boots provided the comfort of an oxford with the durability of a work boot. By eliminating a seam by using one larger piece of leather verses two smaller pieces, Red Wing was able to provide a tougher, more durable boot.
