Take A Look Inside The W MTL’s Art-Centric Restaurant

The W Hotel in Montreal is set to open an all-new restaurant in place of the now defunct, Otto. The new space is called ‘être avec toi (ê.a.t) and it’s a revolutionary new dining concept that features an art gallery, a lounge atmosphere, along with a delicious seafood-based menu and tasty cocktails. The menu was created by Chef Alan Ashkinaze and Executive Chef, Sébastien Giannini, whose careers can be traced back to renowned places such as the Waldorf Astoria and Montréal’s Fairmont Queen Elizabeth hotel, respectively.
e.a.t is capable of hosting 160 people for multiple occasions ranging from a hip vernissage, late dinner or for a intimate meal. The guests will be surrounded by murals, paintings, sculptures and installations by a variety of artists, many of which are from Montréal’s cultural scene. Their styles reflect a number of disciplines from street art to contemporary.
