A few nights ago, we were invited to taste the revamped menu at restaurant Henri Saint-Henri. Which is located in St. Henri, a borough that is currently undergoing a trendy revitalization. Inside the restaurant you will find a warm atmosphere, thanks to its rustic and industrious interior design. There is also a large terrace (open during the spring and summer season) in front of the restaurant, where one can enjoy a quick lunch, an after work 5 à 7, or a quiet dinner.
Henri Saint Henri’s Modern-American-inspired menu was developed by Executive Chef Adam Zaitouni. Therefore, the selection is diverse and is sure to please any palette. Moreover, the cocktail menu is spearheaded by Maxime Claveau, while the wine list was developed by sommelier Simon Duval. With that being said, every course we tasted that evening was paired wonderfully with a carefully selected wine.
