Everything that Engineered Garments does is to emphasize functionality. Such is seen in their clothing collections that takes classic menswear pieces and reinvents them for the modern man. It would then come to no surprise that they would collaborate with Dr. Martens to create a limited edition footwear collection. To make this happen, Engineered Garments has taken Dr. Martens iconic 1461 shoe and have reworked it for the 21st century. The result is four pairs seen in Milk Shake Suede, White, Khaki, and Navy, that have subtle updates like an asymmetrical vamp and eyelets that sport a half traditional, half ghillie loop; while maintaining some of the classic detailing like iconic yellow stitching and durable Goodyear welt.
