To celebrate, the opening of L’Atelier, a restaurant by renowned chef Joël Robuchon, Veuve Clicquot hosted a guests for an evening of champagne, wine, and fine food. If you’re not familiar with Joël Robuchon, he has the most Michelin Stars than any other chef in the world, which have been won by his restaurants in cities like Tokyo, Hong Kong, Las Vegas, Paris and more. Mr. Robuchon’s approach to cooking is two pronged, simple and sublime. This is expressed in his attention to detail in the way the food is plated and most importantly, how it tastes.
