What are some of the things that separate 1 hotel from the next? I would like to think that it’s the customer service, some will argue that it’s the comfort of the beds. This week I stayed at the Park Hyatt in the Yorkville area of Toronto. From what I’ve been told, this hotel is known to be patronized by A list celebrities and players! (apparently I was staying on the players side) I do remember having to meet 50 cent at this hotel a couple years back while he was living in Toronto.

The customer service of this hotel is really impressive, they take care of all your needs and ideas. The rooms are very spacious and comfy. The decor is a little old looking for my liking but I can see the appeal for their upscale clientele. The restaurant was pretty cool and the food was good. I really enjoyed the view from the top floor, you can go wrong with the beautiful landscape of Yorkville.

The shower was great, it has ledge in case you choose to sit down while taking your shower. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. The remarkable thing was the organic whole wheat toiletries by Davies Gate. I’ve never used whole wheat lotion before and I must say it feels great on the skin.

The rooms are a bit pricey, I believe you can get a bit more for that price, but the location and the service makes it all worth it.
