    • Music: PartyNextDoor – “Was Good/Curious”

    It would seem as though Drake has quickly gotten over his slight riff with his former protege The Weeknd and has moved on to another Toronto up and comer PartyNextDoor. There is little known about this new artist except that a few weeks back Drake tweeted the link to his single “Make A Mil” produced by 40.

    Following up the instant online success of that single PartyNextDoor has released “Was Good/Curious” with a sound that teeters the line between Drake’s reflective, catchy raps and The Weeknd’s faded RnB sound. This latest offering is self produced and does not disappoint .

    From what has been made public it would seem that PartyNextDoor is the newest artist on the official OVO label through Warner Brother Records. The two are yet to officially come out and confirm anything publically. I personally like what I have heard so far and am looking forward to hearing a fully project from this young artist.
