Its nice that it shoots 1080p, but if you need to shoot in hd, you might want to consider a dedicated video camera. I think the 5d mark II is more then enough for most people and the d300s for the nikon folks like myself. outside of that the only thing thats a real draw is the wireless syncing, but you can replicate that currently with an eye-fi sd card. 5000$ for just the body makes this a hard item to get happy about.
