Converse has dug into the archives with their latest silhouette named the One Star. The sneaker was originally developed in the early 1970’s to adapt to the evolving game of Basketball but as time went on, the One Star moved off the court and into the feet of discerning sneaker collectors, skaters, and entertainers like Kurt Cobain. The One Star has now solidified itself as a bonafide lifestyle sneaker and its latest update is an example of that. For 2017, the sneaker has been fitted with a perforated leather upper for combination of breathability and quality. The interior features a comfortable  Ortholite insole, while a vulcanized rubber outsole stays true to its original aesthetic.

The One Star collection will be available in black, casino red, and white colorways in unisex sizes. You can pick up a pair on July 13th at Converse’s online shop and retail stores such as Foot Locker and Little Burgundy.
