1. It’s pretty light and you hardly notice on your wrist.

2. It doubles as a watch in case you want to opt out from exercising or using fuel.

3. It’s much cooler than any other balance band or rubber band you currently have on your wrist with silly sayings. (except for the livestrong band)

4. It syncs to my Ipod or Iphone at the touch of a button

5. It actually makes you very curious to your daily fuel count and actually motivates me to be more active.

6. It’s really a “click & Play” type of deal. Plug it into your computer and voila!

7. Very affordable $149 USD

8. It’s water repellant so you can getaway with using in it in the shower a few times.

9. When it’s not actively on, it looks very stealth.

10. Kevin Durant says he likes it.

This is insane!

Victorinox unveiled a Swiss Army Knife that houses a USB 3.0 SSD drive with up to 1TB of storage capacity. “the world’s smallest high-capacity SSD (solid state drive).”

Looking for a new camera? I’ve been looking to replace my G9 for some time now and I think this might be the one. I made a quick fact sheet on what you need to know.

* 4X-optical-zoom lens (28mm to 112mm, F2.8 to F16)
* 14.3-megapixel
* PowerShot G1 X’s sensor has the same pixel density as the company’s 18-megapixel APS-C DSLR sensor
* The PowerShot G1 X shoots 1080p video at 24fps (Full HD)
* PowerShot G1 X will achieve a very shallow depth of field at wide-angle, shoot sharper low-light images
* G1 X is able to shoot 6 frames per second at full resolution, and ISO settings range up to 12,800
* Battery life has taken a hit, as it’s rated for 220 shots per charge with the LCD screen on
* Due in February for $800

Enjoy!

This is pretty interesting. This will take instagram to a whole other level

How cool is this iPhone Lens Dial from photojojo, that features a rotating dial with three different lenses: a 0.7x wide angle, a 0.33x fish-eye, and a 1.5x telephoto. The dial is made from aircraft grade aluminum, holes in the rotating dial will let you take pictures with the iPhones regular camera.

If you’re anything like us, a trip to the Optometrist is a real treat. It’s like a Photographer’s dreamland! Full of big, beautiful, and fascinating optical gadgets.

After all, getting new glasses is like getting a new lens for your brain. (If only our health insurance covered a Canon L lens).

That must be why The iPhone Lens Dial caught our EYE (heh). It looks just like a Phoropter, that doohickey the doc uses to test our sight!

The iPhone Lens Dial boasts three optical-quality coated glass lenses: Wide Angle, Fisheye, and Telephoto. All wrapped up in a slim aircraft-grade aluminum jacket equipped with two tripod mounts (for portrait or landscape shots).

To switch between lenses just rotate the disc! Best part: the lenses never leave your phone, so they’re always at the ready.

Use the 0.7x Wide Angle for sweeping landscapes or get fun warped images with the 0.33x Fisheye. Switch to the 1.5x Telephoto and get nearly two times closer to your subject. Wowza.

The Lens Dial: like a new pair of spectacles for your iPhone!

I had a chance to play around with a few Android phones and I have to say that the technology and the interface is pretty awesome. This new phone is set to drop really soon and it is getting people excited. Thinking about creating a Marcus Troy app for Android. It seems only right!

Check out some of the specs.

Let me tell you how I got these headphones…One day while I was eating breakfast at this quaint restaurant in NYC with a few friends of mine, a fellow rolled in who knew someone at my table. For some reason we also started talking and he told me about this project he was working on and he wanted my opinion… Usually these type of conversations result into a bunch of nothings, but from what I heard about this fellow was that he was a stand up guy. A few weeks later (today) a package showed up in the mail with a pair of these Sennheiser headphones.

Sennheiser’s are known for their quality and sound and I have to say that I agree. I plugged them into my Mac Book Air and I started playing Marvin’s Room and the entire room went dark. I couldn’t hear anyone else in the room except for the song. These are going to be perfect for the plane!

The headphone market is so competitive at the moment, it will be interesting to see who comes out on top especially with so many options available.

The only thing I wish these headphones had was a smartphone mic.

Follow their movements on twitter

Thanks for the love guys!

When I was down in Atlanta, the homie DJ Greg Street gave me a little box which contained this Monster HD Clarity. I was not sure what to make of it at first but I knew it had to be great because the best things come in small packages. Let’s just say that this little thing is the best gadget I own at the moment. You can play all the music from your blackberry or Iphone via bluetooth. Whenever I travel this little bad boy travels with me. The speakers are amazing and it plays as loud as a boombox.

Trust me you need this in your life.

$99.95 at Amazon.com.
