My Life: I love NYC
Rollin the streets of NY and shopping as usual…
I went to one of my favorite stores RUGBY by Ralph LAuren on University PI.
I went to the new Y-3 store and chopped it up with my homie William Yan
Ate killer calamari at cafetasia wow!
Bloggers of all things fresh! Marcus and William
Can you believe I parked my car in this parking lot?
I went to the infamous Crack House Studios where JA Rule and the Murder Inc camp record(ed) their hits.
I really felt like jumping in the booth to record a hot 16.
I was getting peer pressure to jump in the booth but I was ignoring those calls!!
Ja Rule Canadian Multi Platinum Plaque. Which by the way to go double platinum in canada is only 200 000 copies.
The homie Memphis Bleek gold Tapes for his release of Coming of Age. (loved that album)
Jay-Z platinum plaque of reasonable doubt.
Irv Gotti made a lot of hits and sold a lot of records. There was a plaque on the wall for 8 million copies sold of a Ja rule album not sure which one but it was really impressive.
Blogging ain’t easy!
Peace

DJ Drama pops up out of nowhere and announces that he has a special guest!
Then TIP shows up and rocks the hell out of the crowd! He really killed it, he had a great performance. Even brought Maino on stage to show his love for Brooklyn( would have been dope to see JAy)
Chaka Khan performed some of her hit songs.
Pharrell and the NERDS came out and rock the house as well. The jacket he was wearing was crazy!
Chilling with the homies Malcolm( Garbege) and Alexander Allen (Celebrity Stylist)
MIA also performed which I have no pictures of (weird) I have tons of video which should be up tonight.
My Life: Diesel XXX Party NYC- Part 1
We headed out to NYC this past weekend for the Diesel XXX party (30th anniversary) which was marketed to be the event of the year in NYC.
Apparently these invites were hard to come by, so the privileged decided to sell some on eBay and craigslist (your connect wont be too happy about that)
I was fortunate enough to get my invite. (thanks Guia & Jesse)
A wise man once told me (M.E) that he does not attend party’s or events unless the invite pass itself cost more than a 5 bucks to make. I think he was being a little elitist but I’m sure he would have appreciated the Diesel invitation pass pictured below. I’m not sure how much an invite like this would cost but I think Diesel spent some money on this one.
The setup was pretty impressive, it was set up like a circus and was being held in an Aircraft hangar. When we arrived there was thousands of people trying to get in and 100’s of people outside with no tickets trying to hustle there way in.
View from the inside
They allowed us to tag their walls! Diesel really knows how to throw a party. From my estimate there was 5000 people in the spot and everything was free. They had Ciroc, Grand Marnier, pretzels, hotdogs, Ice Cream, Cake it was pretty incredible. The only problem was you could never get to anything cause it was too packed!
