Footwear: Alejandro Ingelmo newness

I showed you guys a couple post ago some of the new collection from Alejandro Ingelmo. Now you have some more of the newsness from the brand. The Gold sneakers are pretty crazy and can probably be only worn once, but I could rock the silver ones all day. They cost about 579$ and the low tops are about 574$
The mid cuts are called the Alex
The low tops are called Daytona 2
My Life: I NEED 4 PAIRS OF THESE!
Nicekicks brings us the comparison between the 99 retro and the 08 which just released today. I was too busy today to hit the stores and cop a pair, so I guess I’m too late. I know people don’t really likeĀ the new ones but this is a shoe I could not get back in 89 and slept on them in 99. So now it’s 2009 and I need like 4 pairs. Maybe there will be a pair in the mail shortly, but I am not holding my breath. I’m still going to buy more pairs when i’m out in LALA.

My Life: Dark Knight After Death.
I just saw the Batman movie and I think it was great, magnificent and terrific! The only thing I could think of throughout the whole movie was the parallels (sort of) between my second favorite rapper BIGGIE and actor HEATH LEDGER who we all know died in their primes. I feel that Christopher Wallace was completing a masterpiece without him even knowing it. I’m sure that Biggie knew that his album was going to be sick and he knew the world was waiting for it. I guess what I’m trying to say is that he did not know the world was going to embrace it so hard like we did. He set trends on this album that rappers and the world will remember for ever. Life after Death was so anticipated, I can remember the feeling I had when it was coming out after his passing, the world could not wait to hear it. I always felt that it was such a shame that Biggie was not able to celebrate it’s success.
I feel that young Heath Ledger also did not know he was going to be part of a masterpiece, which is Batman: Dark Knight. His role as the Joker was so impressive and believable, I even think it’s Oscar worthy. I think It just sucks hard again that he won’t be able to bask in the success of this amazing movie. Batman, Dark Knight sold 18 million dollars in 2 days (I think its a record).
I can’t say I was a fan of Leger but it’s only because I did not really know him as an actor, I just knew that the talks around his role were praised. And they were all right and accurate.
I guess Biggie said it best: “You’re nobody till somebody kills you”
Just my thoughts!
Peace
